Terms of Service

Moneybag AI ("Moneybag AI," "we," "us," "our") is a personal finance and money management web application, available at moneybag.rexio.pro, operated by SpritexAI. Moneybag AI is part of the RexiO product family.

By creating an account or using Moneybag AI, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Moneybag AI lets you manually track your own financial activity, including:

• Multiple accounts (bank, cash, wallet, card) and transfers between them
• Income, expense, and transfer transactions, organized by categories and subcategories
• Monthly budgets with limit tracking and over-budget indicators
• Recurring transaction rules (reminders/auto-entries for bills and subscriptions)
• Savings goals with manual progress tracking
• Reports and charts (spending trends, category breakdowns, income vs. expense, account balances)
• CSV/Excel export of your data
• A 30-day "Trash" for recently deleted items before permanent deletion

Moneybag AI does not connect to your bank accounts automatically and does not move real money. All financial data is entered manually by you and is for your own personal tracking and record-keeping purposes only.

Despite "AI" in the name, the current version of the Service does not use artificial intelligence to process, analyze, or act on your data. The name is a brand choice, not a description of current functionality.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must provide a valid email address and password to register. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. Moneybag AI is a personal record-keeping tool, not a source of financial, tax, or investment advice.
• One account per person. You may not share your account credentials with others.

• All financial data (accounts, transactions, categories, budgets, goals, recurring rules) that you enter belongs to you.
• Each user's data is isolated from other users; you can only see and manage your own data.
• You can export your data at any time via CSV/Excel export.
• Deleted transactions are held in Trash for 30 days before permanent deletion, giving you a window to recover them. After 30 days, deleted data is permanently and irrecoverably removed.

Moneybag AI is currently free to use, with no paid tiers. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we will update these Terms and notify existing users before any charges apply.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to store data you do not have the right to store
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to bypass the security of the Service
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service outside of normal use
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Moneybag AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice of significant changes.
• We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

• You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
• Upon account deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Trash retention period described above.

Moneybag AI is a personal finance tracking tool only. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for financial decisions you make. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpritexAI and Moneybag AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or financial outcomes, arising from your use of the Service.
