Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what data Moneybag AI ("we," "us," "our") collects when you use moneybag.rexio.pro (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. Moneybag AI is operated by SpritexAI, part of the RexiO product family.

Account information

• Email address and password (used only for authentication, via our authentication provider, Supabase; passwords are never stored in plain text)
• Your chosen display currency and, if applicable, a manually-entered currency conversion rate when you change currencies

Financial data you enter

• Accounts you create (bank, cash, wallet, card) and their balances
• Transactions (income, expense, transfers) and the categories/subcategories you assign
• Budgets, savings goals, and recurring transaction rules you set up

All of this financial data is entered manually by you. We do not connect to your bank, card, or any financial institution, and we do not collect this data from any third party.

Technical information

• Standard session data needed to keep you signed in (see "Cookies" below)
• Basic technical logs (e.g., for security and debugging) generated by our hosting infrastructure

We do not collect payment card details, since Moneybag AI is currently free with no paid tiers.

We use your data solely to:

• Provide the Service — display your accounts, transactions, budgets, goals, reports, and let you manage them
• Authenticate you and keep your account secure
• Respond to support requests you send us
• Maintain and improve the reliability of the Service

We do not sell your data. We do not use your financial data to train AI models. We do not share your individual financial data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Your data is stored in a cloud-hosted database provided by Supabase, our database and authentication infrastructure provider. Access to your data is protected by row-level security, meaning each user's data is isolated and only accessible to that user (and, where necessary, to us for support/maintenance purposes).

• Deleted transactions are moved to a Trash and retained for 30 days, so you can recover them if deleted by mistake. After 30 days, they are permanently deleted.
• If you delete your account, your profile and associated data will be removed from our active systems, subject to any residual backups which are purged on a routine cycle.
• You can export a copy of your data at any time (CSV/Excel export) before deleting your account.

Moneybag AI uses only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in (authentication session cookies set by our auth provider, Supabase). We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics tracking cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and our Cookies page.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data (directly editable within the app for most fields)
• Export your data (CSV/Excel export)
• Delete your account and associated data

Moneybag AI is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the Service evolves. We will update the "Last updated" date above, and for significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users.
